Please contact us within 3 days of delivery regarding returns and exchanges.

Please Ship items back within 10 days of delivery following instructions.

 

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of $ 15.00 or 15% of the purchase price, whichever is greater, will be charged for all returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You may also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at rubylovesapphire777@gmail.com, with subject starting with 'Return Request:'. If your return is accepted, the return instructions on how and where to send your package will be emailed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions of Exchanges
For item of no defect/damage, Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You may also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, please contact us at rubylovesapphire777@gmail.com, with subject starting with 'Exchange Request:'. If your exchange is accepted, the exchange instructions on how and where to send your package will be emailed. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if a wrong item was sent, so that we can evaluate the issue and make the right solution for you.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangable items

Unfortunately, the following items can't be returned or exchanged

  • Items on final sale
  • 14K and 18K Yellow and/or White Gold custom setting
  • Customized items

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refund will  be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

To ensure product availability for all customers, we limit exchanges to a maximum of 1 time per original purchase. We reserve the right to decline exchanges or returns that show patterns of policy abuse.
