Order Tracking
An email with the tracking information will be sent once the order is shipped. If you have created an account with us, you can also track your order by logging into your account.
Once item is shipped, with a tracking number, it is out of our hands. Please contact the local post office regarding unexpected issues. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for "theft", as "Porch Piracy" is on the rise. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and local post office has related policy to cover such related loss. Replacement will not be issued in such cases.
Please make sure that the mailing address is correct before placing order. Buyers are fully responsible for any loss due to incorrect mailing information.
